CLIENT: ENDEMIK

THE BRIEF:
The marketing team at Endemik were in need of a fast turn-around event plan, packaged and proposed to send to their distribution team at SALT HQ.
The events would need to include 3 on-site enablement events for their channel partners and one training/launch event held at an external venue.
OUR OBJECTIVES:
Since we don’t ever do anything by the book, our main goal was to come up with a non-traditional feel for the events that would be “less serious”, enjoyable, and beautifully branded.
We wanted to keep the audience in mind who were mostly tech-related professionals, so salmon canapés at the golf club were just not the vibe!
Added bonus: we figured this was a perfect opportunity to get some amazing content and engage with clients.
THE OUTCOME
VENUES
The three Threat Hunt events were held on-site at each of the partners chosen meeting spaces for an easy pop-in during work hours.
The channel event was held at The Tryst in Woodmead, a central location which provided ample space to accommodate both sales and technical sessions, a drinks bar, burger bar, and a 12m curved wall branded banner!
CATERING
Catering at the Threat Hunt events included chicken strips in bamboo boats with fries and garlic aoli, plus a coffee bar to keep the energy levels up.
The channel event featured a burger bar, tea / coffee / soft drink station and a bar bar – alchohol bar for networking and letting loose after the event.
GIFTING
Each guest received a branded shoulder bag, notebook with pen, tshirt, and sticker
DECOR
Pull-up banners were designed and printed for all events to provide instant, portable branding. The larger, channel event included a 12m banner that stretched across the length of the back wall in the venue, plus two coloured spotlights to shine up on it and create some WOW!
CONTENT
We filmed the entire session and edited the video to include behind the scenes snippets from the event, technical information that was presented, and customer testimonials. We also got our photographer to snap some great event pics.
