Ugly designs, let-me-tell-you-about-me strategies, the same thing anyone else has done, advertising that includes the line “tired of…?” or “well we’ve got the thing for you”.

Kirsten has a brilliant mind and way with words that can get anyone pumped up and ready to go. She is a sucker for chocolate, coffee, and good marketing.

TELL US ABOUT WHAT YOU DO?

I crack the whip around here! Haha, only when it’s necessary.
I am the owner of the business and team leader, so my role includes client interactions, project management, creative direction and business management. Any entrepreneur will relate to filling multiple roles within the business as it grows!

WHAT ABOUT YOUR WORK LIGHTS A FLAME WITHIN YOU?

Honestly, I can’t stand anything mundane, routine or stock-standard, so I’m driven by being an innovator and doing things differently. Outside of work, I’ve always been easily inspired by beautiful merchandising, clever copy and quirky ads. It’s always made me want to sit at the {head of the} table with the best in the industry.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS AS A BUSINESS OWNER?

I plan to grow my team into the most creative squad of digital innovators. I’m a big dreamer but I’ve never really wanted an enterprise sized business, I’d rather keep things to a crew of no more than 20. Many of my values are set on being at the forefront of trends, so I see the business heading into the world of web 3.0, developing truly groundbreaking web projects, leading decisions in social strategy and being renowned for high quality content creation.

WHAT DOES THE FUTURE OF DIGITAL LOOK LIKE TO YOU?

It’s an interactive space where everything is saleable and exchangeable. I think the world of content creation is going to evolve into a world of asset creation and there is so much collaboration ahead of us. With each other, brands and creators. Brand experience with be far more immersive in the digital space than we’ve ever seen before and standing out will take some real creativity.
